Cannot get vars to work.

When I generate a cert it shows Issuer: CN=ChangeMe even though I've got my vars set correctly before I build the CA.

Also, I don't suppose password protected CAs will work with this right?

Environment should be available before execution, in bash you need to execute . vars first, then keys building steps. Something similar in this library, so you need to set environments then try to generate.

For the project that I've implemented using this library, such a task was not needed, so I did not implemented password support for CA. In my project, users used their domain account using the same set of OpenVPN certificates.

Maybe you know nice solution and may submit PR with fix? :)
