Coke Oven Dupe + Block Overlap/Destruction

Describe your issue.

I have started by creating the Coke Oven multiblock, I then position a spout, a fluiduct, and a tank.

Upon right clicking coke oven with a crescent wrench (This occurs with any coke oven block when the fluiducts adjacent, the Coke Oven's texture for the side clicked becomes invisible.

Upon breaking the block that has been affected (Tested with both pickaxe and pneumaticraft drill), the coke oven multiblock breaks and then coke oven blocks overtake the immediate space in what seems to be a 3x3 area.

Thanks for the report. Not sure if there's anything we can do for this, unfortunately. Thermal isn't getting updated on 1.19 and so far I'm unable to find any kind of blacklist for the wrench. Will keep looking though.
