Add Pixar workaround #297
Description
The Pixar license is fucking stupid as it is an almost exact copy of the Apache-2.0 license, so close that it causes license detection to think an Apache-2.0 license is Pixar if the appendix is removed (eg. https://github.com/briansmith/webpki/blob/main/third-party/bettertls/LICENSE). The workaround in cargo-deny needs to be ported here to handle this very common occurrence.
