Deno Support

Hi all, just wanted to see if there is any interest in adding support for Deno. I've recently started exploring more modern frontend tools and libraries, looking into Vite and more recently Deno.

I think I can make a good start on the changes needed on a fork, such as allowing the runner to accept deno as a packageManager option, and getting the install task working for Deno as well. If there's enough interest, I'd be happy to contribute the changes upstream.

I'd be willing to accept a PR that adds support for Deno if the scope is reasonably small (no major changes to how the executable is run).

Feel free to share more info, or if you have a proof of concept.
