Widget replacement breaks theringer.com article pages #3165
Description
Scrolling https://www.theringer.com/2026/01/21/pop-culture/2016-vs-now-trend-aesthetic-songs-movies-instagram-tiktok eventually replaces page contents with the following error:
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
This appears to be caused by widget replacement. Can we avoid this error with improved replacement logic?
If we added a per-site widget replacement override to pbconfig, would we auto-activate the widgets on sites with the overrride?
