Validation fails if there is no Schemas/Documentation fileGrp and corresponding ftpr even if there are no Schemas/Documentation folders. #142
Description
The Schemas folder en Documentation folder are not mandatory in the SIP. However, the fileSec and structMap elements are always mandatory according to the CSIP spec. We are talking about the following constraints: CSIP60/CSIP116 and CSIP113/CSIP118.
Does there have to be empty elements in those cases or can the elements be omitted?
