[BUG] Notification shows uninstalled instead of installed

What's going wrong?

Notification not showing correct information about apps being updated.

How do we reproduce it?

1. Open Droidify App > Udates Tab
2. Sync Repositories to get list of apps that can be updated
3. Now, if you press "Update All" button then all is good, no bug. However
4. If you uninstall one of the apps from the list that you don't want to update and after uninstalling, you press "Update All" this creates a bug and for next all notifications, whenever an app will be installed, instead of saying the app was installed it says the app is uninstalled in notification.

What did you expect?

This bug doesn't prevent apps from being updated, all apps are getting updated successfully, the bug only makes notification display that the app is uninstalled because, before pressing update all button one app was actually uninstalled and the Notification for that app was sent by droidify.
