[BUG] "Ignore this version" toggle does not work correctly

What's going wrong?

Using the "Ignore this version" toggle for an app update only changes the "Update" button to "Launch". The app still shows up in the "Updates" tab however and, crucially, generates an "Update available" notification after every background check. It should instead only generate a notification when there is a new update available past the ignored version number.

After checking the source code, I found that the ignore button only affects the display state of the page. Other update codes do not seem to use the ignore state.
