ParU MEX no longer compiles with MKL

ParU 1.1.0 requires the presence of mkl.h in order to compile with MKL support (this was not the case with ParU 1.0).

As a consequence, it has become impossible to create the MEX file for MATLAB with MKL support (through the paru_make.m script), since MATLAB ships with MKL binaries but not the header file.

Is the user supposed to get mkl.h from another source (assuming it’s the right version)? Or is there a way to circumvent the need for mkl.h, as was the case with previous ParU releases?

I can add an option to avoid the #include <mkl.h> when compiling the MATLAB mexFunction. I do require some definitions from mkl.h, but I can make my own. I can detect this easily with an "#ifdef MATLAB_MEX_FUNCTION"
