Report URL even if it can't be loaded #28
Description
If a DNS lookup fails or a redirect loop is encountered, it would be nice if unshrtn still returned the URL that the shortened URL referred to (even if it can't load it). This is useful for post-hoc examination of datasets that may include sites that have gone offline.
