Follow-up from #201.
The dashboard overview currently shows raw totals for emissions, energy, and water. Add a small set of human-readable equivalences to make these numbers easier to interpret.
First pass could include:
- co2 equivalent in km driving a family car
- co2 equivalent of flying from X - Y (choose a typical one)
- energy use of a typical household for a year
- energy use - number of cups of tea made, or a small "stereotype for equivalences" selector with more options
- water: number of olympic size swimming pools / bath tubes

Keep this lightweight: use documented conversion factors, show the underlying unit, and avoid turning the overview into a large explanatory section.
