Add option to inform customers on changes to the case status.
There are a placeholder in the updateCase function which can include a API with 3rd party tool to inform about changes.
For example:
When changing case from Open to Close, customer will get notification that the product is ready.

3rd party options:

  1. Twillio
  2. Emailing? (Can use the builtin SMTP..)
