Ankh jewel at Valhalla dissonance location not being collected

As can be seen on the tracker in the following clip https://clips.twitch.tv/DrabMuddyNeanderthalEagleEye-lOrLVupsQXfnbV2i , The ankh jewel in the dissonance chest wasn't collected correctly making the seed unbeatable down the line. I double checked all 9 jewel locations once I got stuck but all were already collected.

The above seed and settings string has a similar issue, with the Ankh jewel at the Tryphon dissonance location not being collectable.
