Add sensor for reading data from system log

The sensor reads the data from system log that was recorded since last check (normally of the last hour).

We need:

• storing the last check timestamp (if the value is empty, there should be a default of max. 2 hours)
• configuration of which categories should be allowed
• a handy json format for the data
