Cannot remove some bots

There is an issue where I got to remove someone, it says they've been removed, yet they are still following my account. I've tried many different ways of removing and even blocking and it doesn't seem to work.

This is a somewhat known issue. It doesn't happen that often though.
It's an issue on Twitch's end when they most likely think that the account is already blocked and then don't remove the follow.
A possible workaround is to use the "Just remove" option which first blocks the account and then unblocks it. Then waiting a few minutes and then try to remove or block it again.
Sometimes the unblocking of the first step gets these accounts out of this broken state and a removal works. This isn't always the case though and if it doesn't work there is not much else you can do except to wait for Twitch to fix it or try it again at a later date.

I have a same issue, I got follow boted 4-5 days continuously right now and soo many bot i can't remove, pls fix the issue bc you and this site my only hope, bc twitch doesn't give a sh*t about bots and they really get me frustrated and angry. PLS HELP ME TvT

There is nothing I can do to fix this. My tools can't do more than to tell Twitch via their APIs to block or unblock accounts. What then Twitch does or in this case doesn't do is out of my control.
