ComfyUI + FLUX: Workflow outputs completely black image

Hi, I’m new to ComfyUI and running into an issue where my workflow outputs completely black images.

I’m using the model: flux1-schnell.safetensors

• Removed IPAdapter
• Tested different samplers
• Checked node connections

Issue:
The generation completes without errors, but the final image is entirely black.

Question:
Am I using the FLUX model incorrectly? Does it require a specific workflow or VAE setup?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, same problem with several flux models, issue started yesterday.
I guess it comes from the last release update.

Could be workflow, if you load the template for flux schnell (button on the left side of comfyui canvas), still this black image?
