Model Notes

When using ComfyUI in the Model's menu, it would be a really useful feature if you could click on a model and add notes. There is a large number of models you might download from Civit or some other service, and they have recommended prompts, configuration settings, etc for their use. It would be good to be able to have somewhere within ComfyUI to store that information associated to the model so that you don't always have to go back to the source site. Plus sometimes the source site is gone when you do.

This could be either user managed, or for those workflows that ComfyUI has templates, and you can download the models directly into your install, have those notes included with the download as recommendations, but still allow the user to enter notes for their own use too.

The internet is magic, you ask and there it is. :)

I do think this would still be a great core feature of the product, always have to worry about packing 3rd party code into things.
