What problem does this solve?
It's a bit difficult to add workouts because knowing how successful you were last time is on a different screen and requires navigating around a lot. Understanding your min/max rep range and your historical performance should be easier both on the web interface and in the apps.
Describe the feature you'd like
When adding exercises to a daily log, the app should show you the min/max rep range defined in the exercise as well as how many reps you achieved in your most recent set of that exercise. It should also put your most recent weight you logged as the default weight instead of it simply being blank.
This would significantly improve how quickly you can setup your exercises for the day and log them when you're actually doing them.
Which area does this relate to?
Exercise tracking
How important is this to you?
Would significantly improve my workflow
