Introduce the web scraping final project in lesson/assignment in lesson 7 (web scraping)

Introduce the web scraping/database/visualization final project in the assignment portion of the we scraping lesson, which will be #7.  Describe the project and provide the curated scraping sites.  Student will create the github repo and perform the scraping, cleaning, and feature engineering portions of the project.
