• Application Configuration Changes (Minimal)

  Release 0.1 only focuses on changes to the deployment configuration. However, we also need to be able to deal with changes to the application configuration. This milestone is narrowly focused on minimal ability to deal with these changes, even if not in ideal ways. The expectation is that its will be moved into an upcoming release and then this milestone will be closed.
