Incorrect sourcing on file search #4
Description
When I use a gpt4o-mini assistant with file search using the default app.py here, the sourcing it gives is incorrect when I ask a question.
Whilst I would expect a source of [source.pdf] it instead cites it as 【4:4†source】or something similar. This is with the default app.py with only the openai key and assistant id key passed in.
I have seen something about an openai solution here but I cannot figure out how to access the relevant message data to correct the sourcing issue.
