BONUS: UI Updates

Two quick UI ideas from user feedback to date:

1. Ability to click straight to results from loads page and tool will use default equipment and emissions scenarios automatically
2. Kind of a bug/inconsistency: Clicking on "Calculate source emissions" button should automatically navigate the user to the next page (i.e. Results) once the calculation completes just like it does for the other buttons to Specify Equipment or Specify Emissions
