At least once delivery feature

Hi @Abhishekvrshny - I recently saw your talk about Propeller on YouTube and looks like you have built a good scalable system. We also have been using grpc Bi streams for communicating for our internal use cases.

Currently looks like the system provides only at-most-once delivery of messages which seems like the use case also as per your talk. I hope my assumption is correct. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Was wondering if you guys were planning to add support for at-least-once delivery of messages. Would come in very handy for our use case. I can also contribute if needed.

Hi @anirudhagarwal1 you are right. Propeller is currently built for atmost once delivery, but can be extended to atleast once delivery. This will require some work though. Happey to hear if you have any RFC or proposal for the same.
