Watermask : improve post-processing options to keep bridges but remove small details #39
Description
Some post-processing steps sometimes delete useful features, like bridges. This is quite complex to handle, because some users may like to remove bridges (for hydraulic simulations) while others would like to see theses bridges, since they don't have the same altitude as the water below.
This issue should adress this and propose some sets of parameters.
Below is an illustration with an example of VHR image and corresponding Pekel database.
