wrong size footprint for level shifter (TSSOP-24) #40

Hey, thanks for an awesome library!
It looks like the footprint for PCM_JLCPCB:TSSOP-24_L7.8-W4.4-P0.65-LS6.4-BL is wrong. I used SN74LVC4245APWR that is a basic component (C7859) but there is a difference between the footprint in easyeda and in the kicad library, I maybe there is some conversion error?
