Scrobbling MPV in Windows

I'm unable to get any playback progress to show at https://simkl.com/8165034/history/playback-progress-manager/. MPS is installed and it is working when marking shows/movies as watched.

The log shows correct identification of the movie, but no scrobbling information ever gets sent to Simkl.
