Zip files for FOXX should be made in CI (e.g. Github Actions) #361

The extra step to create zip files for Foxx when the code changes is hard to manage and error prone (there is no proof that the zip files match the code in the repo.) It makes it harder for automatic merges of PRs and for new contributors.
