My first OSS contribution as a non-developer 🎉

I wanted to share a milestone that felt worth posting about: I just made my first ever open source contribution — and it landed in Veritas Kanban v4.0.

I'm not a developer. I come from a neurotechnology / neurofeedback background. But I've been following this project closely because it solves a real problem for AI-assisted workflows, and I wanted to contribute in whatever way I could.

The v4.0 release just dropped with some genuinely impressive governance features:

• Agent Policy Engine — configurable guardrails for what agents can and can't do
• Decision Audit Trail — every agent decision logged with assumptions and outcomes
• Behavioral Drift Detection — catches when agents start going off the rails
• 33+ MCP tools for Claude, Codex, Copilot and other MCP-compatible agents

If you're building with AI agents and haven't tried Veritas Kanban yet, this is the moment. It's git-native, local-first, and now has the governance layer that agentic workflows actually need.
