About the app

Main Purpose
yaScrcpy GUI is a user-friendly graphical interface for the powerful Android screen
mirroring tool, scrcpy. It allows users to manage and launch scrcpy sessions without
needing to use the command line, making it more accessible for all users, especially those
who prefer a visual workflow.

How it Works
The application is built with Python and the PySide6 (Qt) framework. The provided
installation script handles the entire setup process:

1. It first checks if the scrcpy dependency is already installed on the system.
2. It then clones the source code from GitHub.
3. It builds a standalone executable using PyInstaller within an isolated Python virtual
   environment to avoid conflicts with system packages.
4. Finally, it installs the binary, an application icon, and a .desktop shortcut for the
   system's application menu.

Pi-Apps Eligibility
This app fits the Pi-Apps rubric because it is open-source, provides a useful function for
Raspberry Pi users (interacting with Android devices), and enhances an existing, popular
command-line utility (scrcpy) with an accessible GUI. It has no special kernel or hardware

This seems like a good fit for Pi-Apps.

I suggest:

1. Making the description more noob-friendly. For example, I had no idea what Winlator is and had to research it, and many pi-apps users won't know what scrcpy is. These terms should be defined from a base knowledge level. (Refer to my AndroidBuddy app description for inspiration)
2. Making the install script check for and install scrcpy from pi-apps if necessary. This is preferable to exiting with an error and asking the user to install scrcpy first. (Refer to my AndroidBuddy app install script for inspiration)
3. You win the award for the hardest-to-follow pi-apps install script I have ever seen. I'm self taught at shell scripting, and this script looks so weird that I think it was either written by AI, or by someone who learned an excessively structured shell scripting style from a college course or something... If you wrote this code, I would be curious to know why you went to all that effort to write it like that.
4. Description seems incomplete - it says "To run type ", and although it says many things, it does not tell the user how to run your app from the start menu.

You seem adept enough with github that a PR may be easier for you. (see past app addition PRs, and how they facilitate easier feedback/comments on specific bits of the code) If you want to keep this as a zip, that's fine.
