Automatically log missing info

First, thanks for this bot!
I feel like the information files available are still limited.
It could be a nice idea for the bot to report the missing files that are requested to a central database, in order to get an idea of which ones are in highest demand.

Hi, this bot has not been updated in a while due the recent events and things. However, these seem like cool ideas and I would love to get back into it again.
