During optimization getObjParam error

During optimization,
for some of sub-setting she was getting
findSim failed for exptDefn XX.json: 'SimWrapMoose::getObjParam: elm YY not found, check'

This is due to 'Parameter' for a particular experiment is missing due to sub-setting, but exist in other experiment.
One need to clean up this section in simwrapMoose via findsim script to bypass object for parameterize if not found provided if this is during optimization but not during single experiment.
