At the moment, when a user tries to interact with a user that they have blocked (e.g through trying to start a trade), in most cases he is not allowed to. This could be changed so that instead of just not allowing the user to do so, it should display the confirmation view ConfirmChoiceView. If user declines, the bot returns and doesn't proceed, if user accepts everything goes as normal.
