Question: Can this library tell me what version of QR code will be generated for a given string/URL?

I'd like to be able to show crisp (i.e. not blurry) QR codes on screen.

I want to know what version of QR Code will be generated, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code#Information_capacity, so that I know what minimum resolution the image will need (e.g. 21x21, 25x25, 29x29, etc).

No, the version is calculated based on data heuristics at time of generating.
