Experimentation scorecard

Feature flags are used not only for switches and rollouts but also for experimentation and A/B testing to assess the customer impact of feature changes. App Configuration should offer an integrated, seamless experience for accessing evaluation results (scorecards). It should make it easy for users to move from ideas to experiments to improved customer experiences, enabling rapid iteration.
