[Bug] Error Encountered During 'azd up' Deployment and Suggested README Improvements

Hi! I deployed this template and encountered the following error when running 'azd up'.

Additionally, I noticed some improvements that can be made in the README file, such as adding the steps for 'azd-down'

I'll be creating a pull request to help fix it. 😄

@abrilurena - are you still getting this issue? The template was updated to use newer models for the AI Tour (ending March) and should not be referencing 35-turbo. I see the #257 so will close this one and continue discussion there.
