azd template has wrong repo URL #243
Description
When following the instructions on the repo readme page and using
azd init -t contoso-chat-openai-prompty
it fails because the template has the wrong GitHub repo URL.
azd init --template https://github.com/Azure-Samples/contoso-chat
works but the template should be updated to use the above URL.
