How to use ClipperOffset::Execute(PolyTree) repeatedly

I have initial Paths64 which I repeated offset, simplify, and offset again.

When I use ClipperOffset, I need to know which out result paths are holes. I can get this by using Execute() version that gives result in PolyTree. But I wonder what is the correct way to feed back this PolyTree to next iteration ClipperOffset subject ?

Have you looked into calling PolyTreeToPaths64?
