We are writing to address the recent downtime affecting the AnduinOS ecosystem.
Since December 31, 2025, AnduinOS services—including our official website, documentation, system update scripts, and ISO downloads—have been unavailable.
The OS itself is always functional since it doesn't require to connect to any server to function. This only affects upgrading and downloading.
Reason for Outage:
Our hosting provider, Voxihost, experienced a catastrophic infrastructure failure caused by a critical NVMe firmware bug. This resulted in severe disk corruption on the host nodes, leading to a complete service outage.
Current Status:
We are actively working to mitigate this issue. We are currently provisioning new servers via Vultr to restore all services and data as quickly as possible.
Nn data on AnduinOS server was lost. ISO files are restored via backup.
For transparency, you can view the upstream provider's detailed incident report here:

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this week-long outage has caused and appreciate your patience as we bring AnduinOS back online.
