Not working with Kimai 2.27.0

Hi,

Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong, but I can't get the app to work with Kimai 2.27.0.

Here's the log (another issue is that the log file in the 'log file path' doesn't exist):

I have it set up as follows (includes the error when I click test):

If I don't specify index.php, I get the following error:

It doesn't matter what I enter on token or API token.

You should only put base hostname like https://demo.kimai.org

That's the first thing I tried, but that gave a 404:

does your instance is in subpath ? (ie http://my-server/kimai/)

I'm also experiencing this.

I tested using the demo server and it seems to work perfectly using the super credentials and API token.

comparing the /api/version results from my server and the demo server it looks like they are identical

I may have stumbled upon something.
when i checked the version of PHP on my install versus the one on the demo, It looks like I'm running PHP 8.3.19 and the demo server is running PHP 8.1.12

could this have anything to do with how it handles json?
