You are using: A1111\webui\system\python
That means you're running a portable / embedded Python build (like A1111 Portable or DirectML builds).

And inside that Python:
❌ setuptools is missing or corrupted
That’s why pip can’t build CLIP.

Fix #1 — Repair embedded Python (recommended)
Go here: C:\Users\PERSONAL\OneDrive\Desktop\A1111\webui\system
Delete this folder: python
YES — delete the entire embedded Python.

Then run: webui-user.bat

It will:
Re-download Python
Reinstall pip
Fix setuptools automatically

IMPORTANT: OneDrive Warning
You are installing inside: OneDrive\Desktop
This causes MANY Stable Diffusion issues:
Broken venv
Missing files
Permission errors
pip corruption
--> OneDrive interferes with pip installs.

Strong Recommendation (Prevents future crashes)
Move your install OUT of OneDrive.
For example:
C:\AI\A1111\ or G:\SD
Then run again. This alone fixes tons of random A1111 errors.

Alternative Fix (if you don’t want to delete Python)
You can manually repair setuptools:

Open CMD inside: webui\system\python

Run:
python -m ensurepip --upgrade
python -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

But honestly: Deleting the embedded Python is faster and cleaner.

If you want ZERO future issues:
Move WebUI out of OneDrive
Delete: webui\system\python
Run webui-user.bat
You should be fully working after that.
