bsa-acs: Re-enable DeviceID generation and ITS tests for systems with PCIe and SMMU for BSA

DeviceID generation and ITS tests were previously run in BSA ACS 1.1.2, but they are no longer being run. These tests are applicable to systems that implement PCIe and SMMU, and should be enabled again.

Example output from BSA ACS 1.1.2:
