• Implement Deterministic Schedulers

  Implement the deterministic schedulers cited in [Comparative Evaluation of the Robustness of DAG Scheduling Heuristics](http://www.cs.man.ac.uk/~rizos/papers/tr-0120.pdf). These will provide a good base set of schedulers for SAGA and help us determine how to create as general a framework as possible for future additions.
