Thanks for the suggestion. BettaFish now maintains an English README, while Release announcements are still primarily written in Chinese. This remains a valid localization request, so the discussion will stay open for community proposals or contributions. A focused documentation PR that keeps the Chinese and English material aligned would be welcome.
