change NED origin location using dronekit

I am trying to set a common NED location for a swarming problem I am trying to achieve with three solos. But however it looks like setting a common home position is not the same as all solos having the same EKF origin. Is there any way to change the EKF origin to a given latitude, longitude and altitude
