Create a skill focused on mental health literacy, emotional resilience, and stress management — separate from the existing 06-health-wellness skill which is broader. This skill goes deeper into psychological well-being.

What This Skill Should Cover

Module Focus
Mental Health Literacy Recognizing anxiety, depression, burnout; when to seek professional help
CBT-Based Techniques Cognitive restructuring, thought records, behavioral activation
Stress Management Academic/work pressure, time management, boundary setting
Resilience Building Growth mindset, post-adversity growth, coping strategies
Mindfulness & Self-Care Evidence-based practices, not pseudoscience

Key Requirements

  • Safety-first: Always include disclaimers that this is educational, not therapy. Detect crisis signals and direct to professional resources (988 Lifeline, crisis hotlines)
  • Socratic approach — help learners identify their own patterns rather than diagnosing
  • Evidence-based only — cite CBT, ACT, positive psychology literature
  • Follow the 6-section template in docs/skill-development-guide.md
