+1 from me. I also wanted to point out that Microsoft Vision has an Adult Content Detection feature. This can be a separate issue only specific to images and addition to the already existing capabilities that we provide using the Vision API.

@Sidsector9 interesting though I could see this working in tandem in a sort of "Block uploads of:" and checkboxes for offensive content and adult content or at least adding those as tags/labels/etc on images and still allow upload and let a site determine how to filter/display/not display images from those tags/labels/etc.
