Did you reach an agreement with FoxIO-LLC to use Apache license?

Hi, I'm curious about JA4H use. Did you get a aggretment with FoxIO-LLC?
JA4H is not part of the open source license, how did you obtain the Apache license using JA4H? Thanks in advance!
